·The magnesium-aluminum alloy enclosure is formed through a one-time molding process, utilizing a dovetail groove and integrated heat-sink design for excellent heat dissipation and mechanical strength.

·The enclosure surface is treated with an anodizing process, enhancing corrosion resistance and ensuring long service life across diverse installation environments.

·All components are made with low-magnetic-permeability materials, effectively reducing electromagnetic interference as well as eddy-current and hysteresis losses.

·The conductor uses 99.95% high-purity copper busbars with electrical conductivity exceeding 57 MS/m, supporting efficient current transmission.

·Tin-plated copper conductors further reduce temperature rise and minimize energy losses.

·Advanced friction-stir riveting technology reduces thermal impact compared with conventional welding processes.

·Manufactured on a fully automated assembly line, the system incorporates SPR riveting technology and Dacromet-coated rivets, providing a protection rating of IP65, with IP66 optional.

    Product Features

    The dense busduct uses insulated bolts to secure the phase-to-phase joints, and double-layer copper conductors are used to enhance the connection. This design increases the contact area of the joints and significantly reduces the temperature rise at the connection points.

    As a new generation of environmentally friendly product, the dense busbar trunking system is insulated with flame-retardant, cross-linked polyethylene heat-shrink tubing. This material provides excellent insulation properties and does not release toxic gases under fire conditions.

    The dense busduct offers flexible wiring and convenient installation through its plug-in interfaces, allowing a large number of tap-off points with high versatility. When relocating electrical equipment, the power distribution system does not need to be modified.

    Scope of application

    It is suitable for AC three-phase four-wire and three-phase five-wire systems whit a frequency range of 50-60 Hz, a rated voltage of up to 690 V and a rated operating current from 5,000 A. The system is widely used in power supply and distribution applications across buildings, data centers and light-industrial facilities.
