RYM-Z Lighting Busbar System (63-500A) - Reliable China Suppliers & Factory for Industrial Power Solutions
Sizes of Rigid Conductors
16 A, 25 A, and 63 A
Core Components
The RYM-Z1-16EA403, RYM-Z1-25EA403, RYM-Z1-40EA403, and RYM-Z1-63EA403
Features
2-core or 4-core insulated busbars and comes in standard lengths
Component
Power Box and Terminal Cover
The left power box supplies power to the lighting busbar through cables, while the right power box transmits power from the lighting busbar to other circuits or receives power from cables on the right side. Both units are mounted at the ends of vertical components, secured with spring bolts, and feature 10 mm wire terminals with sealed covers.
1. Left Power Box: RYM-Z1-63AA4
2. Right Power Box: RYM-Z1-63SL4
3. Left End Sleeve: RYM-Z1-63FA2
4. Right Terminal Cover: RYM-Z1-63FL2
Flexible Joint
The RYM-Z1-63JR4 can be cut to the required size. Through the connection of the flexible wire pipe between the left power box and the right power box, the bus can be turned at any angle and bypassed obstacles.
Plug Structural Parts
1. Hull
2. Fixed Card
3. Phase and neutral line contacts
4. Protective wire contact
5. Transparent display cover for optional phase (optional phase type)
6. Mark (color corresponds to polarity)(non-selectable phase)
7. Pre-wired cable
Vertical Applications
Installed vertically, the same systems can be used for rising-mains applications, with tap-offs feeding individual floors. Certified fire barriers are available at points where the busbar passes through a floor slab. Protection devices such as fuses, switch fuses, or circuit breakers are located along the busbar run, reducing the need for large distribution boards and the large quantities of distribution cables running to and from installed equipment.
Characteristic
All branch circuit connectors are single-phase: L+N+PE;
It can be plugged in when there is electricity and load;
The live wire L and neutral wire N contacts are clamp-type, ensuring no stress on the plug's plastic base;
It has a device to prevent wrong insertion and prevent wrong connection;
The PE protective conductor must be connected before the phase and neutral lines, contacting the inner surface of the busbar's straight component housing;
Flame retardancy and insulation of plug and socket housing and insulation parts.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are the available sizes for the rigid conductors?
The rigid conductors are available in three standard current ratings: 16 A, 25 A, and 63 A.
What are the model codes for the core components?
The core component models include the RYM-Z1-16EA403, RYM-Z1-25EA403, RYM-Z1-40EA403, and RYM-Z1-63EA403.
How do the left and right power boxes function together?
The left power box (RYM-Z1-63AA4) supplies power to the lighting busbar via cables, while the right power box (RYM-Z1-63SL4) transmits power from the busbar to other circuits or receives power from the right side.
What is the purpose of the flexible joint?
The flexible joint (RYM-Z1-63JR4) can be cut to size to connect the left and right power boxes through a flexible wire pipe, allowing the busbar system to turn at any angle and bypass obstacles.
Can the plug structural parts be inserted under load?
Yes, the system is designed to be plugged in safely even when electricity and load are present.
Where are these lighting busbars typically installed?
They are widely used in industrial and commercial spaces, including production areas, textile and glass factories, malls, exhibition areas, high-rise buildings, hotels, hospitals, and data centers.
