corecomponents
The RYM-Z1-16EA403, RYM-Z1-25EA403RYM-Z1-40EA403, and RYM-Z1-63EA403
Features
2-core or 4-coreinsulated busbars and comesin standard lengths
Component
Power Box and Terminal Cover
The left power box supplies power to the lighting, busbar through cables, while the right power box transmitspower from the lighting busbar to other circuits or receives power from cables on the right side. Both units aremounted at the ends of vertical components, secured with spring bolts, and feature 10 mm wire terminals withsealed covers.
1、Left Power Box: RYM-Z1-63AA4 2.Right Power Box: RYM-Z1-63SL4
3、Left End Sleeve: RYM-Z1-63FA2 4.RightTerminal Cover: RYM-Z1-63FL2
Flexible Joint
The RYM-Z1-63JR4 can be cut to the required size. Through the connection ofthe flexible wire pipe between the left power box and the right power box, the bus can be turned at anyangle and bypassed obstacles.
Plug structural parts
- 1、Hull
- 2、Fixed Card
- 3、Phase and neutralline contacts
- 4、Protective wire contact
- 5、Transparent display cover for optional phase (optional phase type)
- 6、Mark (color corresponds to polarity)(non-selectable phase)
- 7、Pre-wired cable
Vertical Applications
Installed vertically, the same systems can be used for rising-mains applications, with tap-offs feeding individual floors. Certified fire barriers are available at points where the busbar passes through a floor slab. Protection devices such as fuses, switch fuses, or circuit breakers are located along the busbar run, reducing the need for large distribution boards and the large quantities of distribution cables running to and from installed equipment.
Characteristic
- All branch circuitconnectors are single-phase: L+N+PE;
- It can be pluggedin when thereis electricity and load;
- The live wire L and neutral wire N contacts are clamp-type, ensuring no stress on the plug's plastic base;
- lt has a device to preventwronginsertion and preventwrong connection;
- The PE protective conductor must be connected before the phase and neutral lines, contactingtheinnersurface ofthe busbar's straight component housing;
- Flame retardancyandinsulation of plug and socket housingand insulation parts.
Lighting Busbar Areas of Use
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What are the available current ratings for the lighting busbar rigid conductors?
The rigid conductors are available in standard sizes of 16 A, 25 A, and 63 A to suit different load requirements.
Can the plug be inserted or removed while the system is live?
Yes, the system is designed so that branch circuit connectors can be safely plugged in even when electricity and load are present.
How does the system ensure safety during plug insertion?
The system features a safety mechanism that prevents incorrect insertion and connection. Additionally, the PE protective conductor is designed to connect before the phase and neutral lines make contact.
What is the purpose of the flexible joint (RYM-Z1-63JR4)?
The flexible joint can be cut to the required size and allows the busbar run to turn at any angle, making it easy to bypass structural obstacles in the installation path.
Can these busbars be used for vertical rising-mains applications?
Yes. When installed vertically, the system serves rising-mains applications to feed individual floors, utilizing certified fire barriers where the busbar passes through floor slabs.
