Site delivery situation and equipment preparation
1) Check whether the products and accessories have arrived at the capital verification site and make an installation plan;
2) The equipment required for the installation of RenYun dense busbar includes: 1000V insulation tester (recommended), 10-12, 17-19, 21-24 open-end wrenches, sockets and torque wrenches +, flat and cross screwdrivers, tape measures, hanging wires, scaffolding, hoists, ladders, impact drill cutting machines, electric welders, bench drills, copper processing equipment and temporary power supplies, etc.
Disassembly and installation operation of dense bus duct
1) According to the final information confirmed by the manufacturer orderer. Such as original graphics, trend graphs +, obstacle removal and reserved position,
2) Generally, the size of the reserved hole should be 50mm-100mm larger than the overall size of the bus duct. For special data, please refer to the drawing. The distance from the dense bus to the wall and ceiling must ensure sufficient horizontal and vertical space during installation and maintenance
4) Take precautions to prevent leakage, dust and heat sources from corroding the dense bus,
5) Manufacture of dense bus installation hanger: First determine the position, draw a thin line to simulate the direction, and then fix the installation bracket. Please note that it must be confirmed that the fixing of the installation bracket is firm and will not damage the structure of the building,
6) Carry out insulation test on the bus unit to be installed, and the test value can be installed within the qualified range.
7) When hoisting, pay attention to personal safety + and equipment safety precautions. Avoid personal injury and damage to the dense bus.
8) When installing vertically, generally install from bottom to top in sections without special circumstances; effective protective measures must be taken for the installed dense busbar to prevent foreign matter from intrusion.
9) It is recommended that during the installation process, the packaging can be kept on the busway before the busway is not used, and dust protection can be added at the connection
10) When connecting between busbar tube units, the surface of the connecting device must be kept clean and the busbar tubes must be in the same straight line. Then tighten the bolts. After tightening the connector, mark with a paint pen to confirm tightening,
11) When the busbar unit is connected to other equipment, the power supply must be completely disconnected and the equipment must be reliably grounded.
12) During the installation process, all plug-in interfaces of the dense busbar must be in a dry closed state, and the plug-in box switch must be in a dry disconnected state. It is strictly forbidden to plug and unplug the plug box when the power is on.
