Development History

Renyun (Hunan) Busbar Co., Ltd. (formerly Hunan Renyun Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.) was officially established on May 18, 2008, in Lituo Industrial Development Zone, Changsha, with an initial registered capital of RMB 5 million. Under the brand "Renyun," the company focused on the industrial and architectural electrical accessories sector, specializing in the R&D, production, and sales of cable trays, metal threading pipes, and supporting products, thus embarking on its journey in the electrical building materials industry.

Founding and Technological Foundation
(2008–2010)

In 2008, the company independently developed a busbar technology system, built its first automated production line, and achieved mass production of busbar products, officially entering the medium and low voltage busbar field. It initially established a dual-product layout of "cable trays + busbars," laying a technical foundation for subsequent business expansion.

Rising to Prominence and Project Breakthrough (2011–2013)

2011
With a registered capital increased to RMB 10 million, the company won bids for provincial key projects such as Xiangjiang Century City, Beichen Delta, and the expansion of Huanghua International Airport, thanks to its excellent product quality and service capabilities. It also reached a strategic cooperation with Evergrande Group, becoming the exclusive supplier of cable tray products in Hunan, solidifying its leading position in the regional market.

2012
The company deeply collaborated with industry leaders such as Broad Homes, Zoomlion, Sany Group, and Lens Technology, providing full-specification cable tray and busbar product solutions. Through technical research with Hunan Switch and Wasion Group, it successfully developed medium and high voltage busbar products, filling a regional technical gap and expanding the "Renyun" brand to over 20 provinces and cities nationwide.

2013
The company invested in constructing a new production base in Changsha Langli Industrial Park, with a construction area of 8,000 square meters, and increased its registered capital to RMB 50 million. The modern intelligent production line was officially put into operation in 2014, marking a comprehensive upgrade of its large-scale production capacity.

Leaping Development and Performance Soaring (2017) About us

In 2017, the company's annual sales exceeded RMB 180 million, a 36-fold increase from its founding, with products widely applied in rail transit, commercial real estate, industrial manufacturing, and other fields. Its market share remained among the top in the central China region, officially joining the "100-million-yuan club" and entering a stage of rapid development.

Strategic Upgrading and Global Expansion (2024–Present) In 2024, overcoming the impact of the three-year pandemic, the company completed dual upgrades in brand strategy and production capacity layout

Brand Refresh
Officially renamed "Renyun (Hunan) Busbar Co., Ltd.," focusing on specialized busbar product development and strengthening its positioning as a high-end electrical building materials brand.

Capacity Expansion
Added 42,000 square meters of factory and comprehensive office space, established an intelligent warehousing and digital management system, and increased annual production capacity to 500,000 sets (pieces).

Market Expansion
Established an international business department, making its first entry into Southeast Asian and Middle Eastern markets with its own brand, achieving a "zero breakthrough" in overseas business. Simultaneously initiated the construction of an international standard certification system, aligning busbar technical parameters with IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) standards to provide higher-quality electrical connection solutions for global customers.
